The roles:

We’re looking for:

2 x Account Managers / Senior Account Managers

1 x Digital Lead

1 x Art Director

The pay:

Salary commensurate with experience and with excellent bonus potential.

The clients:

You’ll be developing brilliant campaigns for a range of blue chip clients that will look good on any CV.

The skills:

Account Managers: we’re looking for a go-getting, cost-controlling, project-leading, relationship-building, team playing, forward planning, problem solving, clear communicating, people-loving, creative thinking, smart agency superstars.

Digital Lead: we’re looking for a multi-talented individual who can create and present digital concepts to existing and new clients, spec technical projects and even do a little coding when needed (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL ideal). It’s a mid-weight role with oodles of potential for the right candidate.

Art Director: you need to have c. 3 years solid agency experience in an integrated environment. Your design skills need to be exceptional and you’ll need to demonstrate an aptitude for concept development too. You’ll know Adobe Graphics Suite like the back of your hand. If you can draw, you’ll get a bonus point.
