Founder and Joint MD
As a previous director at Black Cat and RMG Connect, she was instrumental in building brands such as Motorola, Moët & Chandon, Avis and COI. When Julie is not changing the status quo for her clients, she if off with her SCUBA gear, exploring the world: Particularly locations only accessible by seaplane.
Founder and Joint MD
Guy has run his own marketing consultancy and was formerly a director at Black Cat. A groundbreaking marketing strategist by day, by night, Guy is a live music fan. A regular attender of gigs, you'll often find him standing by the bar, drink in hand, pretending to be an aging A&R man.
Client Services Director
David is an industry leader, with over fifteen years of experience working alongside customer-focused brands such as American Express, Aston Martin and British Airways. As Client Services Director, he has a passion for excellence and creating behaviour-changing strategies based on true customer insight. Outside the office, David also has a slight addiction to sport, and to our surprise continues to compete in multiple marathons and brutal Tough Mudder events.
Head of Planning and Innovation
Chris is both a creative and strategic thinker, with a diverse range of experience. Having worked on both the agency and client side in his career - largely in CRM roles, Chris has a rare understanding of the challenges of both parties. He also dabbles in the art of LEGO sculpture: There is currently a to-scale Millennium Falcon resting proudly on his mantlepiece.
Head of Data
Jules is our Head of Data Planning. Previously, she was a director at RMG Connect, Black Cat and GGT. Jules was part of the team that created the First Direct brand and helped to build their award-winning CRM strategy. Jules is a highly intelligent academic, and we believe that she may have actually read every book ever written. She's also been known to utter the odd profanity on occasions too.
Head of Creative
With over twenty-five years in the industry, it is difficult to find someone with more creative intuition and skill. Having led creative teams at Black Cat and Dynamo Marketing, Jon is an ace problem solver and art director. He often takes his creativity into the kitchen, where his family frequently sample fare only Heston Blumenthal would attempt... Think, inflated chicken balloons.
